How does Click and Collect work?

We have over 100 Click and Collect locations around Australia for your convenience. Every Click and Collect order will be shipped from our warehouse in Victoria to your selected Buzzrack Dealer free of any shipping fees. Most orders should be available for collection within 7 business days depending on location. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

I don't have a towball. What should I do?

No worries! If your car doesn’t have a tow ball, we’ve got you covered with alternative options:

How will I know if the Scorpion Lite works with my vehicle?

The Scorpion Lite is compatible with most vehicles that have a 50mm diameter tow ball. It features the trusted "Buzz Conic System," designed to securely attach to your car and pass rigorous international certification standards. Ensure your vehicle has at least 65mm clearance from the centre of the tow ball to the rear of the car. Note: The Scorpion Lite is not suitable for trailers, campers, or RVs.

How will I know if the Scorpion Lite will fit my bike?

The Scorpion Lite is specifically designed to carry a wide range of bikes, including heavier e-bikes and bikes with larger wheelbases up to 138.4cm. Its adjustable clamps can hold bike frames with diameters between 25mm and 60mm, accommodating e-mountain bikes, step-through frames, and more. The wheel supports fit tyres up to 4” in size, and the wide spacing between bikes minimizes interference from motors, hubs, or pedals. The Scorpion Lite 2 provides 30cm between bikes. For the Scorpion Lite 3, spacing is 22 cm between the first and second bike and 19 cm between the second and third.
